This time, Garcia was selected into the Guangdong Provincial Green Manufacturing List and was awarded the "Green Factory", which is a full recognition and reward for its leading level in the industry in energy conservation, environmental protection, green development, etc., indicating that Garcia has reached the provincial standard in the field of green manufacturing and has become a benchmark and model in the industry. The qualified production line is equipped with a corresponding digital quality inspection system to eliminate quality defective products in real time, and the product defect rate PQM≤100ppm. Garcia has built its own plastic container injection molding and bottle blowing production line. The main varieties can realize the production of plastic containers in the factory, reducing transportation costs. In addition, Garcia has also built a water-soluble film production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons. The various indicators of the water-soluble film produced meet the industry standards for laundry beads. In terms of green development, Garcia cooperated with the State Power Investment Group to develop a factory photovoltaic power generation and energy storage project. After the project is completed, it can reduce carbon emissions by more than 500 tons per year. Together with the completed ice storage air conditioning system, air compressor heat recovery device and other facilities, Garcia can reduce carbon emissions by more than 1,000 tons per year. In addition to continuous investment in energy conservation and emission reduction, Garcia has also taken practical actions in environmental protection. First, the company has installed RCO integrated catalytic combustion devices in each production building, with the highest VOC removal rate reaching 99%, which is better than the national emission standards; secondly, the company has built a 300-ton sewage treatment station, and the production sewage has reached the local sewage discharge standards of Guangdong Province after treatment.
